Three adjoining shophouses along North Bridge Road, located opposite Bugis Junction, have been sold for a combined total of S$72 million. The properties, with a total land area of 4,853 square feet, were purchased by an affiliate of Clifton Partners, a real estate investment company focused on conservation shophouses. The shophouses, currently housing a coffee shop, restaurant, and hostel, offer potential for asset enhancement works that could expand their floor area significantly. This sale follows a similar S$42 million transaction for a nearby corner unit.
