Frasers Property and Sekisui House have announced plans to redevelop Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk into a mixed-use development featuring 348 luxury residential units, dining options, and entertainment spaces.
This redevelopment aligns with Singapore’s rejuvenation plans for the Singapore River Planning Area, which includes Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay, and Boat Quay. Frasers Property aims to complete the project by the end of 2028.
Key Highlights of the Redevelopment
- Residential Component: 348 luxury apartments spread across 26,371 sq m of residential space.
- Retail and Entertainment: 4,293 sq m of retail and entertainment facilities to enhance the vibrancy of Robertson Quay.
- Gross Floor Area: The development will span 30,664 sq m (330,067 sq ft) on a prime 999-year leasehold site.
Frasers Property will manage operations at Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk until May 31, 2025, when redevelopment begins.
A Vision for Luxury Living
“This exclusive mixed-use development will attract homebuyers who value the vibrancy of the Singapore River while enjoying tranquil eco-sanctuaries,” said Takehisa Yanagi, head of Sekisui House’s international development department.
Frasers Property Singapore’s CEO, Soon Su Lin, emphasized that the redevelopment reflects the company’s active asset management strategy. “We see this as an opportunity to unlock the highest and best use for our prime site at Robertson Quay,” she said.
Launch Expected in 2025
Frasers Property and Sekisui House’s 51:49 joint venture will reveal more details when the project launches in 2025. The redevelopment promises to elevate Robertson Quay as a premier residential and lifestyle destination in Singapore.
